Sore Legs From Football Practice How Can I Help My Sore Body?

How can I help my sore body? - sore legs from football practice

I came back from soccer practice, and I am training for a while. My arms and my legs are very painful, especially my right ankle. How do I do that?

eat lots of carbohydrates and protein, drink more water (a full bottle every 40 min), and sleep. Make sure you stretch after your workout. if it is painful to take ibuprofen

Although there is no swelling, take a hot bath with Epsom salts to help aching muscles.

Soften soaking in hot water and Epsom salt = Get saving water when heated, it Hot Again = a little more salt to use Epsom, Advil works = o =
